Recipe Ingredients for Cabbage Rolls

10 leaves cabbage
1/2 pound ground sausage
1 small onion, minced (about 1/4 cup)
10 3/4 ounces Tomato soup
20 crackers
1 1/4 cups water
1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 small onion, sliced (about 1/4 cup)
1/2 cup shredded cabbage
1 medium carrot, sliced (about 1/2 cup)
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 tablespoon cornstarch

Recipe Directions for Cabbage Rolls

  1. Boil leaves till soft

  2. Brown Sausage and onions

  3. mix all other ingredients accept lemon, sugar and cornstarch

  4. make glaze with last three ingredients
