Recipe Ingredients for Cabbage rolls

1 pound ground beef
1/2 medium onion
1/2 green pepper
3 tbsp Parmesan cheese
7 cabbage leaves
3 cups cooked white rice
8 ounces spaghetti sauce

Recipe Directions for Cabbage rolls

  1. cook alll ingredients

  2. combine all but cabbage in a bowl

  3. place mixture in cabbage leaves and roll

  4. bake at 350 for 20 minutes
