A healthy vegetarian dish as an alternative to a main dish or a starter or a side dish to a meat. Or just a healthy lunch with some light yogurt.

Recipe Ingredients for Cabbage with rice from Olga's Healthy Choice

500 g cabbage
100 g brown rice
200 g onion
200 g carrot
3 gloves of garlic
1 tbsp olive oil
1 pinch pf salt
1 pinch pepper
1 pinch chili pepper

Recipe Directions for Cabbage with rice from Olga's Healthy Choice

  1. Boil the brown rice in advance and drain.

  2. Slice cabbage, chop onions, slice carrots and crush garlic gloves.

  3. In a pan soften onions and carrots in olive oil on medium heat oven in ten minutes. Add cabbages and rice. Add 1/4 cup of water.

  4. Boil five minutes then let it cool.

  5. It can be served as cold, too.
