Recipe Ingredients for Cabbage, Rice and Cheese

1 tbl olive oil
1 onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, chopped
4 cups cabbage, chopped
1 cup cooked brown rice
1 cup cheddar cheese
2 tbl parsley
1/4 tsp oregano

Recipe Directions for Cabbage, Rice and Cheese

  1. Saute onion in olive oil, then add garlic and cabbage.

  2. Cook gently until cabbage wilts.

  3. Add spices and cheese.
