Recipe Ingredients for Cabbage and Red Pepper Kinpira

1 cup Napa Cabbage
1 medium (approx 2-3/4" long, 2-1/2" dia) Peppers, Sweet, Red
1 serving Balsamic Vinegar
1 tbsp Soy Sauce
4/5 grams Sugars, Brown
1 1tsp Oil, Sesame

Recipe Directions for Cabbage and Red Pepper Kinpira

  1. Chop the red pepper into thin matchsticks.

  2. Chop the napa cabbage into thin strips.

  3. In a pan, heat the sesame oil over medium-high heat, and toss in the vegetables.

  4. Add a pinch of salt, red chili flakes, and brown sugar. Allow the vegetables to cook down.

  5. Add soy sauce and balsamic vinegar, stir-fry until cooked through.
