Recipe Ingredients for Cabbage

22 oz cabbage
10 oz onions
12 oz smoked ham
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 tsp turmeric
1 1/2 tsp minced ginger
1 1/2 tsp minced garlic

Recipe Directions for Cabbage

  1. saute ham onions, garlic, and ginger. add spices, cook until fragrant.

  2. add cabbage and spinach cook until tender.
