Recipe Ingredients for Cabbage and potatoes

1 head cabbage
3 medium potatoes, diced
1 medium onion
2 cloves garlic
1 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp paprika
1 tablespoon dried parsley
1 tsp black pepper
2 tsp salt
3 tbsp apple cider vinegar
3 cups vegetable broth
2 tbsp canola oil

Recipe Directions for Cabbage and potatoes

  1. Sautee the onions and garlic

  2. Add the pepper, paprika, nutmeg and parsley

  3. cook for 2-3 minutes

  4. add remainder of ingredients

  5. Cook until potatoes are tender
