Cabbage and potato bake to go with corned beef brisket

Recipe Ingredients for Cabbage and Potato Bake

2 c cabbage
1 medium potato
2 strips bacon
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 cup chicken stock

Recipe Directions for Cabbage and Potato Bake

Heat oven to 375 degrees. Fry bacon, mix in salt and pepper. Chop cabbage and layer it and potatoes together. Pour bacon drippings over mixture, pour chicken stock over. Seal with foil and bake for an hour and a half. Serve veggies with crumbled bacon on top.
