Recipe Ingredients for Cabbage Poriyal

1 head cabbage
1 tsp sunflower oil
1/4 cup coconut, scraped
1 tsp mustard seeds
1 tsp fennel seeds

Recipe Directions for Cabbage Poriyal

  1. Heat sunflower oil

  2. Add mustard seeds and fennel seeds

  3. allow them to splutter

  4. add cabbage

  5. mix and saute

  6. add grated coconut after cabbage is cooked

  7. enjoy with rice or chapati
