Recipe Ingredients for Cabbage Phyllo Casserole

300 grams phyllo dough
1 head cabbage
8 oz swiss cheese
4 beets
1 lb mushrooms
1 onion
2 tablespoons chopped garlic
1 teaspoon olive oil

Recipe Directions for Cabbage Phyllo Casserole

Preheat oven to 375. Saute chopped cabbage, onion, garlic, and beets in nonstick skillet for 5 min, add mushrooms and saute until tender. Salt and pepper to taste. Use tsp oil to coat 15 x 10" glass baking dish. Place half of the total sheets of phyllo dough on bottom (some folded, some overlapping sides). Put in half of cabbage mix (drained). Layer slices of swiss cheese. Add rest of cabbage mix. Top with remaining sheets of phyllo. Bake for 40 min or until phyllo cooked through.
