Cabbage and Peas cooked in North Indian style

Recipe Ingredients for Cabbage and Peas Sabzi - Indian

1 savoy Cabbage head
1 tbsp oil
1 cup peas
1 small potatoe
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp turmeric
1 small red onion
1/2 tsp grated ginger

Recipe Directions for Cabbage and Peas Sabzi - Indian

  1. Chop Cabbage, peel and chop potatoes in wedges, chop onions and grate ginger

  2. Heat oil in a wok, add onions and stir till lightly carmelized.

  3. Add turmeric and salt and the cut vegetables

  4. stir on hight heat for a few minutes, cover and reduce heat. Cook on medioum heat, stirring occasionally until cooked to your preference
