Recipe Ingredients for CABBAGE PATCH SOUP

1/2 lb. lean ground beef
1 small onion, chopped
1/2 cup sliced celery
2 cups water
1 cup kidney beans, rinsed and drained
1 cup stewed tomatoes
1 cup shredded cabbage
1 t. chili powder
1/2 t. salt

Recipe Directions for CABBAGE PATCH SOUP

In a saucepan over medium heat, brown beef; drain. Add onion and celery. Cook until tender. Add water, beans, tomatoes, cabbage, chili powder and salt. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 20-30 minutes or until cabbage is tender.
