Recipe Ingredients for Cabbage Paneer Paratha

180 g whole wheat flour
120 g water
1/8 t salt
125 g purple cabbage, grated
10 g chilli pepper, finely chopped
56 g paneer

Recipe Directions for Cabbage Paneer Paratha

  1. Grate cabbage, sprinkle with salt, and let sit to let water out. Drain. Combine with paneer and chilli peppers.

  2. Mix flour, salt, and water to make dough. Roll out circles and put filling in middle.

  3. Roll out and fry 1-2 min on each side. Serve with raita.
