Sauteed cabbage and chicken served over ramen noodles

Recipe Ingredients for Cabbage and noodles

1 chicken breast, skinless, boneless
1/2 head cabbage
2 tablespoon olive oil
1/4 c soy sauce
1 medium onion

Recipe Directions for Cabbage and noodles

  1. Pan fry chicken in 1 T olive oil and cut into bite size pieces. Set aside. Saute sliced cabbage and onion in 1 T. olive oil and soy sauce. Combine cabbage and chicken.

  2. Cook noodles according to package directions omiting the boullion packet. Drain.

  3. Serve cabbage mixture over noodles.
