Recipe Ingredients for Cabbage and Noodles

12 oz Noodles, Egg, Dry, Enriched
1 head, large (about 7" dia) Cabbage
1 cup, chopped Onions
1.5 stick Butter
5 tsp Garlic

Recipe Directions for Cabbage and Noodles

  1. cook noodles

  2. melt butter in a large fry pan over med heat, add onions and cook until soft about 5 to 7 minutes. Add minced garlic and stir for 2 minutes. Do not let onions or garlic brown. Add shredded cabbage and stir well. Cover and let cook, stirring every few minutes until cabbage is soft.

  3. Mix with noodles
