5 cup, chopped Cabbage
3 cup chopped raw Baby Bella Mushrooms Packaged
1 small Onions
2 tsp Ginger Root
0.5 tsp Pepper, Black
1 1tsp Olive Oil
0.5 tsp Chili Powder

Recipe Directions for Cabbage and Mushrooms with Ginger

Cut vegetables, heat oil in saute pan, add all vegetables and ginger, stir and let veggies start to cook for 3-4 minutes (close the lid for this part) open and stir, add spices, stir again, close for 4-5 more minutes or as long as needed to get the cabbage to the preferred tenderness.
