Recipe Ingredients for Cabbage with Mushrooms and Barley

400 g cabbage
200 g mushrooms
150 g barley
100 g onion
20 g garlic
1 tbsp olive oil
1 pinch curry
1 pinch salt
1 pinch cumin
1 pinch chili pepper

Recipe Directions for Cabbage with Mushrooms and Barley

  1. Soak and boil the barleys, drain.

  2. Prepare the cabbage, mushrooms and onion in slices.

  3. In a cooking pan, pure oil and add onion, garlic and spices and cook them for 5 minutes. Then add other ingbredients. Add 1/4 cup of water and let it boil. Then lower the heat and let it simmer while stirring a few times for about 10 more minutes.
