A warming soup for a cold winters day. Can use any desired Vegetables, but the leek is always a great thing to add to a soup.

Recipe Ingredients for Cabbage and Leek Soup

175 g Carrots
1 medium Leek
170 g Celery
325 g Cabbage
1 litre Chicken Stock
1/2 tspn Paprika
1/2 tsp Ground ginger
1/2 tsp Garlic Powder

Recipe Directions for Cabbage and Leek Soup

  1. Boil Chicken stock in water

  2. Chop vegetables and add to boiling stock

  3. Add ginger, paprika and garlic powder

  4. bring to a boil

  5. Lower heat, cover and simmer for up to an hour
