Recipe Ingredients for Cabbage "Egg" Rolls

3 medium raw Carrots
7.5 oz Chicken
1 tbsp Coconut Oil
2 tbsp Chia Seed
1 tbsp Toasted Sesame Oil

Recipe Directions for Cabbage "Egg" Rolls

  1. Steam 4 whole cabbage leaves for about 5 min. Move to the side, and add shredded cabbage and carrot matchsticks. Steam for an

  2. additional 5 minutes. Place cabbage, carrots and chopped chicken(sauted in 1 T coconut oil) in mixing bowl with seasonings to taste (five-spice powder, garlic, ginger, etc) Add 1 T sesame oil, chia seeds and chopped peanuts. Divide mixture into fourths, and roll up in 4 steamed whole cabbage leaves. YUM!
