I only use 1/3 of a 7oz can, and freeze the rest for future use. This makes it healthier and I think there is plenty of meat. Add a sweet potato for a filling meal.

Recipe Ingredients for Cabbage and Corned beef

1 head cabbage, cut up
2 oz canned corned beef

Recipe Directions for Cabbage and Corned beef

  1. Steam cabbage by placing the raw cabbage in a skillet with a 1/2 cup of water. Cook on high heat for about 5 minutes with the lid on.

  2. When cabbage is most of the way cooked stir in the corned beef. Heat thoroughly. Enjoy.
