German dish that is similar to stuffed cabbage rolls but without all the work.

Recipe Ingredients for Cabbage Casserole

453 grams ground beef
6 cups cabbage
12 oz. tomato soup
1/2 c. white rice
8 oz. beef broth
1 onion

Recipe Directions for Cabbage Casserole

  1. Chop cabbage (I use an entire small head) into medium size chunks and place into greased 9 x 13 casserole dish.

  2. Brown hamburger with onion. Add soup, broth, rice and pour over cabbage.

  3. Bake covered for 1 hr. at 350 degree.
