A low calorie unstuffed cabbage roll meal. Very easy and delicious.

Recipe Ingredients for Cabbage Casserole

16 oz crumbled Chicken, ground, raw
1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
10.75 oz Tomato Soup
0.34 Glass Water
0.25 cup Rice, White, Long-grain, Regular, Cooked
1 serving Worcestershire Sauce
1 head, small (about 4-1/2" dia) Cabbage
0.5 tsp Pepper, Black
0.5 tsp Garlic Powder

Recipe Directions for Cabbage Casserole

  1. Brown meat and onion together with spices, drain off any excess fat.

  2. Spray a 9X13 oblong pan with nonstick spray.

  3. Chop cabbage into bite size pieces and spread evenly in pan.

  4. Sprinkle cooked meat mixture over cabbage.

  5. Sprinkle rice over meat mixture.

  6. Mix soup, 1/3 can water and worcestershire well and pour over cabbage, meat and rice.

  7. Loosely cover and bake at 350F for 50-60 minutes.
