Recipe Ingredients for Cabbage Casserole

6 cups of cabbage, chopped
1 pound of lean ground beef, browned and drained
1 medium onion
1/2 cup cooked rice
1 can condensed tomato soup
10 ounces of water

Recipe Directions for Cabbage Casserole

  1. Chope cabbage and place in 9 X 18 inch dish

  2. Pour browned meat and onion over cabbage.

  3. Mix soup and water, may add more water to casserole if too dry.

  4. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.

  5. Can be cooked in crock-pot also.
