Recipe Ingredients for Cabbage Casserole

12 g chicken bouillon
2 lbs hamburger meat
8 cups cabbage
3 cups whole grain rice
1 cup lowfat milk
1 egg
1/4 cup bread crumbs
1 cup leeks

Recipe Directions for Cabbage Casserole

  1. Boil rice

  2. Boil shredded cabbage

  3. Mix meat, egg, milk, cooled cabbage and rice in a bowl and put in breaded pan

  4. Cook in owen for about 45 minutes on 375 F

  5. Sprinkle cheese on top and broil on high until done

  6. Serve with lingonberry or cranberry jam
