1 head cabbage
1 lbs ground beef
1 cup lentils
2 eggs
1 cup nonfat milk

Recipe Directions for Cabbage casserole with lentils

  1. Boil cabbage and shred, cool

  2. Boil lentils and cool

  3. Mix cabbage, lentils and ground beef in oven pan

  4. Whip eggs and milk together, salt and pepper

  5. Pour over mix

  6. Cook in oven for about 30-40 minutes 400 F
