Recipe Ingredients for Cabbage Cassarole

1 head cabbage
1 lb. ground beef
3 canned tomatoes
1 tsp. olive oil
1 onion
1 bell pepper
1 clove garlic
2 cups cooked rice

Recipe Directions for Cabbage Cassarole

In a large roasting pot brown ground beef in olive oil. Add diced onion, bell pepper and garlic. Cook until onions are clear. Add tomatoes. Cut head of cabbage into bit 1" square pieces and add to mixture. Add 2 cans of warm water. Cook until cabbage is at desired tenderness. Add cooked rice and serve.
