Cabbage & Carrots in Coriander & Cumin

Recipe Ingredients for Cabbage & Carrots in Coriander & Cumin

75 g carrots
334 g cabbage
1/4 tsp Cumin, Ground
1/2 tsp Spices Ground Coriander
1 tsp Vegeta Gourmet Seasoning & Soup Mix
1 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp olive oil

Recipe Directions for Cabbage & Carrots in Coriander & Cumin

  1. Chop cabbage as if for cole slaw, shred carrots.

  2. On a skillet heat oil and coriander and cumin. Let the spices cook for about 2 minutes.

  3. Add cabbage and carrots. Sprinkle with vegeta. Fry everything for about 10 minutes. Serve hot.
