Recipe Ingredients for Cabbage and blue cheese soup

4 cup, chopped Cabbage
450 grams Potatoes, Russet, Flesh And Skin
3 tsp Becel Light Margarine
3 oz Traditional Danish Blue Cheese
2 cup (8 fl oz) Water
1 cup Milk, Lowfat, Fluid, 1% Milkfat
2 dash Pepper, Black
0.5 tsp Sea Salt
0.5 tsp Seasoning Blend

Recipe Directions for Cabbage and blue cheese soup

Melt margarine over medium-high heat. Add chopped cabbage, a pinch of salt and cook until soft. Add diced potatoes and the water and cook until potatoes are soft. Divide in two or three portions and blend until creamy consistency is obtained. Add the cheese to one of the batches. Return everything back to heat. Add milk, black pepper to taste, Ms. Dash herbs and garlic mix and salt, if needed.
