Recipe Ingredients for Cabbage and Apple salad

225 g shredded cabbage
1 green apple (not peeled)
1 red apple (not peeled)
1 cup fat free yogurt
1/2 cup light mayonnaise
1/4 cup sunflower seeds
1 tbsp lemon juice

Recipe Directions for Cabbage and Apple salad

  1. Slice apples thinly without peeling.

  2. Put in bowl.

  3. Cover with lemon juice to prevent discoloration.

  4. Mix together yogurt,mayonnaise and sunflower seeds.

  5. Mix all the ingredients together in bowl.

  6. Let stand for at least an hour for flavors to develop.
