Recipe Ingredients for C.C. Chicken and Broccoli

0.5 cup (8 fl oz) Water
0.125 cup Cornstarch
1 tbsp Olive Oil
654 grams Chicken
62 grams Onions
30 grams Carrots, Baby
343 grams Broccoli, Flower Clusters
4 tbsp Sauce Soy 30% Less Salt Than Our Regular Soy Sauce
1 teaspoon Powdered Chicken Flavor Bouillon
2 tbsp Garlic Chopped in Water
3 tsp Vinegar red wine
0.13 tsp Ginger, Ground

Recipe Directions for C.C. Chicken and Broccoli

  1. Stir water into cornstarch.Set aside.

  2. Heat wok or pan on med-high heat. Add oil. Add chicken strips, onion and carrot. Stir fry for about 4 min. until no pink remains in chicken.

  3. Add broccoli and stir fry for 3 min. until bright green.

  4. Add soy sauce, garlic , vinegar, bouillon powder and giner. Stir to heat through. Stir cornstarch mixture. Sir into chicken mixture until boiling and thickened.
