Recipe Ingredients for C.C. Chicken w/ bacon

0.33 cup Wheat Flour, White, All-purpose, Enriched, Unbleached
1 tsp Salt, Table
0.25 tsp Pepper, Black
0.25 Teaspoon Thyme
908 grams Chicken
4 medium slices, cooked (raw product packed 20/lb) Pork, Cured, Bacon

Recipe Directions for C.C. Chicken w/ bacon

  1. Mix flour, salt, pepper and thyme in a plastic bag.

  2. Add chicken pieces one at a time. Shake to coat.

  3. Put chicken in pan with bacon. Cook on low for 20 minutes. Turn and cook 20 minutes - until tender. Put a cover loosely on pan during cooking.
