8 oz onion
1 yellow pepper
1 red pepper
16 oz tomatoes
5 1/2 oz prune juice
1 cup prune
2 T basil
1 tsp thyme
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper

Recipe Directions for BWH High K+ prunes and peppers creole

Mix all ingredients. Bake @ 350 for 30 minutes. Soak prunes in prune juice and 1/4 cup water/buillion. Bake another15 minutes or so.
