Recipe Ingredients for Buñuelo

250 g corn flour
130 g eggs (2 jumbo eggs)
2 fl oz Milk
1 tsp Sugar
500 g feta cheese
94 1/2 g oil (3 cups for fry, absorves 10% weight)

Recipe Directions for Buñuelo

Mezclar todo hasta que este suave, bolear a tamaño de bola de golf, y freir en abundante aceite (que floten en él) a temperatura media, si se quedan en el fondo muy frio, si se tuestan antes de crecer demaciado caliente. Sacar cuando esten dorados.
