Recipe Ingredients for Buttery Southern Chi'kn Rice

3 cup Rice, White, Long-grain, Precooked Or Instant, Enriched, Prepared
2.5 cup Rice, Brown, Medium-grain, Cooked
3 cube Bouillon Cubes Bouillon Cubes
16 oz Chicken
8 tbsp Shedd's Spread Country Crock Regular Soft

Recipe Directions for Buttery Southern Chi'kn Rice

Boil 2 to 3 large frozen chicken breasts in a pot with three bouillon cubes. When meat is thoroughly cooked remove chicken from broth and shred. KEEP THE BROTH. Put 2.5 cups of UNCOOKED brown rice and then another 2.5 cups of UNCOOKED white enriched rice. Let the rice cook. When rice is soft and tender, add the butter and meat. Stir well and serve. You should have five hearty servings!
