Recipe Ingredients for Buttery Garlic Lima Beans

1.25 cup Lima Beans, Immature Seeds
2.1 tbsp Bundle Light Buttery Spread
6 cloves Garlic
1/4 tsp Sea Salt

Recipe Directions for Buttery Garlic Lima Beans

  1. roast head of garlic in oven at 400 degrees for about 45 minutes, or until soft.

  2. In a saute pan, put 1.5 cups of lima beans and 2.5 cups of water. Bring the water to a boil, then bring down to a simmer. Add salt to water and let lima beans cook until water is nearly gone.

  3. When water has evaporated, wash and strain beans with cool water and put back in the saute pan. On low, mix beans with butter and squeeze out the roasted garlic into pan. Mix all together and serve!
