Recipe Ingredients for Buttery Cornbread

1 cup Cornmeal, Degermed, Enriched, Yellow
2.33 cup Gold Medal All Purpose Flour
0.75 cup Sugars, Granulated
0.75 cup Sugars, Granulated
3 medium Egg, Whole
5 tbsp Light Stick
400 1/10 grams Lowfat (1%) Milk
4.5 tsp Baking Powder

Recipe Directions for Buttery Cornbread

  1. Oven at 400F

  2. Cream butter and sugar

  3. Mix together cornmeal, flour, baking powder

  4. Mix together milk and eggs

  5. Add and mix flour and milk mixture alternatively to creamed butter and sugar

  6. Pour in a greased baking dish and bake 25 to 30 mins at 400F
