291 grams Gold Medal All Purpose Flour
170 grams Cornmeal, Degermed, Enriched, Yellow
4.5 Teaspoon Baking Powder
1 tsp Salt, Table

Recipe Directions for Buttery Corn Bread

In mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar. Combine the eggs and milk. Combine flour, cornmeal, baking powder and salt; add to creamed mixture alternately with egg mixture.
