Recipe Ingredients for Buttery Buttercup Squash

32 oz Buttercup Squash
0.25 cup, unpacked Sugars, Brown
2 tbsp Butter

Recipe Directions for Buttery Buttercup Squash

  1. Cut squash in half, horizontally.

  2. Scoop out center.

  3. Place 1 tbsp butter in center of each half.

  4. Sprinkle entire surface lightly with brown sugar.

  5. Wrap in tin foil, tented over the flesh of the squash.

  6. Bake at 350 for 45 mins or until tender.

  7. Remove tin foil and using a fork, mash the squash inside it's own skin until smooth.
