This is made so that half the sweeterner is from stevia extract powder. The recipe actually uses 2 tsp.Now stevia extract, but I was not able to enter it that way.

Recipe Ingredients for Butterscotch Pudding

16 cup Milk, Producer, Fluid, 3.7% Milkfat
12 extra large Egg, Whole
84 tsp Organic Sucanat
0.5 oz Stevia Powder
26.67 tbsp Organic Corn Starch
1 tsp Sea Salt
10 tbsp Butter

Recipe Directions for Butterscotch Pudding

Wisk milk, salt, corn starch and sucanat and stevia together. Heat over medium heat till thick. Blend eggs in blender, slowly add 1 cup hot pudding mixture. Blend together. Then pour into pot while stirring and cook for another 2 minutes. Don't bring to a boil. Add vanilla and butter.
