Recipe Ingredients for Butterscotch Pudding

2 tbsp nonfat dry milk
1 1/2 tbsp cornstarch
1/4 c Brown Sugar
1 c (12 oz) fat-free evaporated milk
1 egg, beaten
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
2 tbsp yogurt, Greek

Recipe Directions for Butterscotch Pudding

  1. 1. In a saucepan, whisk the dry milk, cornstarch, and sugar. While whisking constantly, gradually add the evaporated milk and egg. Set pan over medium-high heat. Cook, whisking constantly, for 5 minutes, or until thickened. Remove from the heat.

  2. 2. Whisk in the vanilla. Cool to room temperature. Top each serving with a dollop of Greek yogurt.
