1 cup margarine 1/2-3/4 cup pecans, chopped 1 cup flour 8 oz. Cream Cheese, Fat Free 8 oz. Fat Free Cool Whip 1 cup powdered sugar 8 servings (2 small boxes) Jello Butterscotch Instant Pudding 3 cups Fat Free Milk

8 serving Blue Bonnet margarine
0.5 cup Chopped Pecans
1 cup Gold Medal All Purpose Flour
8 oz Fat Free Cream Cheese
8 oz Whipped Topping Fat Free
8 serving Jello Butterscotch Instant Pudding
24 oz Fat Free Milk
8 oz Powdered Sugar

Recipe Directions for Butterscotch Lush

  1. Cut margarine into flour, add pecans, press into 13x9 pan. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes; cool.

  2. Beat cream cheese, Cool Whip, and powdered sugar together. Spread over cooled crust.

  3. Mix pudding and milk together. Pour over cheese layer. Let set overnight in refrigerator.

  4. Makes 16 servings.
