Recipe Ingredients for Butterscotch Brownies

2 cups brown sugar
1/2 cup butter
2 eggs
1 1/2 cups flour
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup chopped walnuts

Recipe Directions for Butterscotch Brownies

  1. Melt butter and combine with brown sugar until well blended.

  2. Be sure mixture has cooled and add eggs and vanilla.

  3. In a separate bowl, sift together dry ingredients.

  4. Mix with wet ingredients

  5. Add nuts.

  6. Spread dough into a well greased 9x13 pan and bake for 25 minutes at 350 degrees.
