1 lb butternut squash, peeled and cubed
1 cup carrots, chopped
2 medium sweet potato, peeled and cubed
1/2 tsp. salt
4 cups water

Recipe Directions for Butternut, Sweet Potato and Carrot soup

Put all ingredients into a pot and simmer for 15-20 minutes or until tender. Puree with immersion blender.
