2 cup Sweetpotato
2 cup Vegetable Stock
2 cup (8 fl oz) Water
2 medium raw Leeks
1 cup, chopped Onions
4 clove Garlic
2 tsp Pepper, Black
1 tbsp Olive Oil
1/4 cup leaves, whole Basil, Fresh
1/4 cup Parsley
1 cup, chopped Carrots

saute onion, garlic, and squash in a large pot for 10 min. add the rest of the ingredients. bring to boil and simmer for 1 hour. blend.
