A delicious and light blend of squash and sweet potato sweetened by nature.

Recipe Ingredients for Butternut Squash and Sweet Potato Puree

4 cup, cubes Squash, Winter, Butternut
1 medium (2" dia, 5" long, raw) Sweetpotato
3 tbsp Shedd's Spread Country Crock Regular Soft
1 grams Pure Almond Almondmilk
4 fl oz Orange Tangerine 100% Juice
4 oz Water
1 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
1/2 tsp Sodium-Free Salt
1 box Raisins Mini-Snacks
1/2 tsp Cayenne

Recipe Directions for Butternut Squash and Sweet Potato Puree

  1. Bake or roast the squash and sweet potato; cool slightly.

  2. Mash the squash and sweet potato or use food processor.

  3. Melt and add the margarine; almond milk; orange tangerine juice; and water; blending well after each addition.

  4. Add the salt substitute; cinnamon; and cayenne; blend well.

  5. (Optional) Sprinkle raisins over the top of each serving.
