Yummy homemade butternut squash soup!

Recipe Ingredients for Butternut Squash Soup

4 cup Organics Vegetable Broth
1 cup, cubes Squash, Winter, Butternut
1 cup(210 g) Onions
4 clove Garlic
1 tbsp Vegetable Oil, Canola
0.5 1tsp Olive Oil

Recipe Directions for Butternut Squash Soup

  1. Saute garlic and onions in oils until tender. Add cooked butternut squash and satue until hot. (precook squash by baking, boiling or microwaving)

  2. Add soup stock and bring to a boil unitl all veggies are tender.

  3. Blend with an immersion blender or food processor until completely smooth.

  4. Serve hot.

  5. Garnish with whole wheat croutons if you desire!
