Recipe Ingredients for butternut squash soup

1 cup, mashed Squash, Winter, Butternut
10 tbsp chopped Shallots
1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2.5 clove Garlic
0.5 pepper Peppers, Jalapeno
1.5 medium raw Carrots
0.7 pepper, large (3-3/4" long, 3" dia) Peppers, Sweet, Yellow
5 tsp Better Than Bouillon No Beef Base

Recipe Directions for butternut squash soup

Saute shallots, garlic, peppers in olive oil in pot. Steam squash and carrot. Add water/stock and squash/carrots to shallots, etc.bring to a boil, and let simmer then puree
