Roasted butternut squash pureed w/stock and finished w/cream.

Recipe Ingredients for Butternut Squash Soup

6 cups butternut squash
2 tbsp butter
1 tablespoon kosher salt
1 tsp salt
5 1/2 teaspoon pepper,
4 cups chicken broth
4 tablespoons honey
1 teaspoon minced ginger
6 ounces half and half
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg

Recipe Directions for Butternut Squash Soup

Roas squash. Scoup out and add honey, ginger and broth. Puree, finish by adding S&P and cream and nutmeg. Alton Brown.
