Recipe Ingredients for Butternut Squash Soup

16 oz Squash, Winter, Butternut
1 cup slices Carrots
1 cup slices Carrots
16 fl oz Organic Free Range Chicken Low Sodium Broth
1/2 cup Cream, Fluid, Half And Half
1 tbsp Vegetable Oil
1 Ground ginger, nutmeg, cinnamon, and sea salt to taste

Recipe Directions for Butternut Squash Soup

Saute all veggies in oil for 15 min, add broth and simmer for another 15 min, puree in blender with half and half until creamy and smooth. Enjoy!
