6 cup, cubes Squash, Winter, Butternut
1 cup, chopped Onions
3 cup Chicken Broth
100 grams Cooking Spray All Varieties
1 fruit (2-5/8" dia) Oranges

Recipe Directions for Butternut Squash Soup

peel, seed and cube squash. finely chop onion and saute in cooking spray until tender, add squash and chicken broth, zest and juice of 1 orange bring to boil, lower heat to medium and cook for 20 minutes until squash is tender. Using hand blender blend hot soup until smooth and creamy.
